Add the garlic, pepper and some curry leaf.Sprinkle some oil over it and then transfer it into a blender. • Add water and blend then blend smoothly. Transfer into a bowl to let it sit. • Add some oil into a pan, sauté your onions, goat meats or any proteins of your choicethen add the groundnut paste. Add some water to loosen it up. Add the fennel seedpowder and your spices with pepper. To make it a bit more loosened, add water. • Boil some water in a separate pot, add salt and your crown premium pasta. Cook untilit’s al-dente, that is between 8 to 9 minutes. Transfer into a pan and mix with thegroundnut paste and then add the curry leaf. • Serve hot and enjoy!
