Ingredients: • Ugu leaves • Green Chilli • Butter • Garlic • Mixed Spices • Curry Leaves • Dill Weeds • Italian Seasoning • Basil • Fresh Rosemary • Cooking Cream or Coconut Milk • Onions • Crown Premium Pasta Instructions: • Transfer your vegetables and the herbs into the pan. Dry it a little bit, then add your garlic, butter, and onions. • Cook it a little bit, then transfer the mixture into your blender to blend smoothly. • Transfer the blended mixture into your pan, give it a good mix and add your cooking cream or coconut milk. • Then, add all your spices and seasoning. • Then, add your green pepper. (You can add as much pepper as you like, depending on your taste) • Boil your water in a different pot, add some salt, then your Crown Premium Pasta. • Make sure your sauce is ready before making your Pasta. (This is because your Pasta takes 9 minutes to become al-dente) • Then, add your Crown Premium Pasta into the vegetable mixture, and mix. • Serve hot and enjoy!
