Agoyin Sauce with Crown Premium Pasta

Ingredients: • Dried Chilli • Onions • Palm oil • Dried seafood • Crayfish powder • Pepper • Goat meat • Ram meat • Meat stock • Crown Premium Pasta • Salt to taste Instructions: • Heat your dried Chili in very hot water. Once it is soaked and soft, transfer it into a food processor or blender. • Add some onions and chop in the food processor until you get a rough consistency. • Heat up some Palm oil in a pot. (You need lots of Palm oil because Agoyin sauce requires a lot of Palm oil) • Add some dried seafood, some onions, some crayfish powder, then add the pepper mixture. • Then, add some more proteins (goat or ram meat). • Then, add some beef stock and salt to taste. • Cook on low heat for a long time, like an hour and half. • In a different pot, bring water to a boil, then add the Crown Premium Pasta until cooked. • You can eat your Crown Premium Pasta plain, with the sauce or mix. • Serve hot and enjoy!
